Leading isn’t about yourself—it’s about multiplying. Jesus called men to be fishers of men (Mark 1:17). A Men of Light leader reproduces godliness in other men, who then impact families, workplaces, and churches for the Glory of God and His Kingdom.

Every man faces storms: temptation, doubt, pressure, fear. Leading a group creates a band of brothers—men who fight for one another, encourage one another, and refuse to let each other slip into darkness (Prov. 27:17).
